At Magazat, we stand behind the quality of our imported products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Since we are the direct importers, we perform strict quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
If approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment or via bank transfer/postal wire (for COD orders).
Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days.
If the return is due to a change of mind (not a defect), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
