All prices displayed on the website are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable customs duties, unless otherwise stated.
Magazat reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applied will be the one confirmed at the moment of purchase.
The company reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a technical error in pricing or product unavailability in stock, with a commitment to inform the customer immediately.
4. Payment Policy
We provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) service to ensure the convenience and security of our customers.
The customer is committed to paying the total amount specified in the invoice upon receiving the product from the delivery agent.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from our warehouses in Morocco to the address registered in the order.
We are not responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect address information or phone numbers provided by the customer.
In case of refusal to receive a confirmed order without a valid reason, the website reserves the right to restrict the customer’s account for future purchases.
6. Warranty and Liability
As the direct importers, we guarantee the quality of the products offered. However, we do not take responsibility for damages resulting from the misuse of the product by the customer.
Magazat’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the product.
